1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/8 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tbs worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp dry mustard
1/2 tbsp prepared mustard
3/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1. Brown beef and onion. Drain fat. Add to slow cooker.
2. Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
3. Cover; cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
French Bread
2 cups warm water
5 cups bread flour
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast
1 egg yolk

Use a knife to make slashes on top. Place both loaves on greased cooking sheet. Cover with towel. Let rise another hour. Mix egg yolk and water. Brush mixture on top of loaves. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
Slice bread.
Place a heaping amount of "joes."
Add a slice of provolone cheese. (if desired)
Add another slice of bread.
Enjoy.
Repeat and/or save for tomorrow's lunch!
